If you enter into a separately signed Order Form, reseller agreement, or other written agreement with Opscotch Limited, that signed agreement will control over these website terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

Runtime acceptance required

To use the Opscotch runtime, these legal terms and conditions must be accepted first. After acceptance, the runtime must be started with the generated legal acceptance token, either directly at startup or through the supported environment variable flow.
